DescriptionRegister your CV Our client requires a very experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their busy site in the Hertfordshire area. Part of a popular expanding group representing a volume brand the client requires a strong character that is familiar with working within a very busy fast paced environment. You must have previous experience within a franchised dealership and must have proven sales figures to a very high standard. This role requires very hands on individual that is driven by a challenge and enthusiastic when doing so.

The Role

Maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
Ensure that the sales team follow company procedure at all times
Drive a team of sales people to meet and exceed targets, maximise profitability and deliver an unbeatable level of customer service
Developing the necessary sales organisation to meet sales and profit objectives
Ensure the smooth running of the used car department on a daily basis
Ensure all used vehicle are presented to the display areas in a timely manner and prepared to the companies required standard
Consistently achieve over and above set targets along with the sales team
Help motivate and encourage the used car sales team and help to keep them up to date consistently with their personal performance Who we are looking for

Must be a very motivated individual with a positive approach in all aspects of the position
Ensure the sales team are consistently hitting their set targets
Excellent financial awareness
Excellent 'man management' skills
Ability to 'think on your feet' and be able to motivate others to do the same
A target driven, committed individual who has strong organisational skills
Must already be working in a similar role within a franchised dealership and use to hitting large targets for the company What's on offer?

DescriptionRegister your CV An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a very successful and established dealership part of a large automotive group for an experienced Dealership Accountant to be based in the Surrey area. Our client is looking for an experienced individual to report directly to the Financial Controller and to ensure that the dealerships accounts and processes are in line with the company's procedures.

The role:

To advise the Dealer Principal as necessary in the financial affairs of the business by providing professional expertise
Provide regular, accurate and meaningful financial accounts and other daily/weekly/period reports to Dealer Principal and management team as required
To oversee and control the dealership's borrowings and cash flow and liquidity, briefing the Dealer Principal daily
Ensure Accounting records are maintained in accordance with UK and International Accounting Standards
To ensure adherence to trading and customer payment policies as set out
Timely & correct payment of congestion charges for demo vehicles on fleet account and customer new vehicles / part exchanges
Payment and monitoring of vehicle fines implementing action as directed by Dealer Principal
Cost Control - analyse ways in which costs and expenses can be reduced
Alert the Dealer Principal to any suspected serious financial irregularities such as theft, misappropriation or lapses in internal controls
Provide financial expertise and support to other departmental managers in order that they may develop their own expertise and knowledge
Oversee Credit Control function and ensure follow up of amounts receivable
To ensure proper and safe custody of all cash on premises and in transit Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must be efficient, hardworking and dedicated.
You must be computer literate
Extensive accounting experience within a dealership environment is essential
Proven financial analytical skills
Highly computer literate
