POSITION:
Contract Manager

POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES:
York, Selby, Leeds, Malton – Yorkshire
THE ROLE:
This fixed term 10 month contract has been created as a result of cover needed at this busy commercial and accommodation site based near York starting on June 1st 2010.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to contract manage the planned and reactive maintenance of hard services (HVAC & Electrical) across the multi-building complex whilst also ensuring contracted services meet service level agreements to required standard and budgets.
Working at this busy site you will help ensure that all building services are maintained and be heavily involved with managing the contractual and commercial responsibilities across the multiple building estate. Although you will primarily look after hard services, you will also have direct responsibilities for soft service issues.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Essentially you will be a contract manager, facilities manager or hard services (HVAC & Electrical – M & E) maintenance manager with reactive and planned preventative (PPM) experience.
Candidates with experience managing hotel, accommodation, apartment or similar dwellings premises will be favoured above other suitably qualified applications without this industry background.
Living within easy commutable distance of York you will be able to work a 10 month contract position starting 1st June 2010.
