This pivotal role requires a broad knowledge and understanding of compliance with the responsibility of managing a team of 15 T&C Supervisors who, in turn, supervise up to 400 Financial Advisers within the London & South East Region.
The successful candidate will hold the Full Financial Planning Diploma (or equivalent) and will be operating as a fully competent supervisor with supporting qualifications. You will possess a thorough working knowledge of the life and pensions industry and have a successful track record of supervising financial advisers.
Day to day, you will provide a managerial & support function to your team and will operate as the decision maker for all risk based escalations in line with the companies risk & competence framework, providing guidance and coaching to your team on a structured and ad-hoc basis.
The role holder will demonstrate strong leadership skills with an energy and drive that will inspire their team to meet and exceed both business objectives and client expectations. Your exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills will ensure that all internal and external relationships are harboured and developed in accordance with role requirements.
The basic salary is £45,000 + a car or car allowance with OTE of £70,000 plus a company pension, PHI, BUPA, DIS, share scheme & options, holiday etc.
