You will be responsible for all contractual issues including vetting tenders and contract documents, handling contractual claims and dispute solving, preparing subcontract documents and related issues. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: To lead, supervise and administer all day-to-day commercial and contractual aspects of development of sub-contractor procurement. To establish and strictly control project cost budgets. Negotiate with subcontractors.
