One of our most prestigious clients is now recruiting for a Fleet & KD Administrator for its Swindon site. This role will involve providing administrative support for their Honda Contract reporting to the Fleet Supervisor.
Main responsibilities will include:
Maintaining vehicle record database
Filing of various documentation in appropriate files
Control of company defect procedure.
Filing and chasing defects from suppliers.
Preparation of weekly KPIs including fuel usage, mileage etc.
Processing of all tachographs including TruTack reports
Communicating to driving personnel vehicle movement requirements for repair and service
To ensure the transport staff adhere to organisation of vehicle movements for fleet maintenance
Co-ordination of new and replacement vehicle allocation and returns with rental suppliers, management distribution team and drivers.
Booking container collections via agreed procedure.
Planning container collections.
The standard hours of work are 05:00 13:30
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word and Excel. Confident and well organised with excellent all round administrative skills and a professional telephone manner. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is able to work on his or her own initiative. Basic transport knowledge would be advantage.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, comfortable with detailed work and analytically focused. You will need to demonstrate the ability to develop skills within the team and provide continuous improvements of departments output to internal and external operations.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, regulated routines and strict procedures. You must have good IT skills especially Excel. Predominately supermarket deliveries, you will be required to deliver to various stores throughout the South of England. This will involve following all Tesco procedures, managing your route in order to complete all deliveries in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service.
Work is available every day of the year apart from Christmas Day; this is one of the benefits of Tesco compared to other contracts. We are looking for drivers who can work a full shift pattern, working six days one week, five the next, obviously complying with all legal requirements regarding breaks and driving hours. Shift patterns vary with work available at different starts throughout the day/night.
