Daniel Owen Associates is currently looking to attract senior quantity surveyors in the Gloucester area to work with a major client of ours - a well known main contractor who carry out building and refurb projects up to a value of £50 million across the UK.
Due to the award of a prestigious new contract in the Gloucester area, our client is looking to recruit and experienced senior level QS. The project is valued at £20 million and is of a Design and Build nature.
Your role as Senior QS will mean that you will play a major part in the commercial delivery of the project, whilst managing a team of Quantity surveyors and assistants. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, reporting to the regional MD.

Due to growth throughout the South West, our client is looking to recruit an experienced site manager/project manager with substantial experience of delivering new build social housing schemes.
Your role will involve managing projects (running into several millions of pounds in value), to successful completion, at minimum cost. Specifically, this will involve managing subcontractors, maintaining accurate site records, monitoring project progress, programming, supervising labour and trades, and chairing sub contract and team site meetings on a regular basis.
You will have considerable experience of delivering new build social housing schemes throughout the Somerset area, and understand the complexities of such projects.
