Our client is a main contractor carrying out small to medium sized domestic refurbishments from very small works (for regular clients) through to £300k in size.
They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to run around 4-6 sites, managing small teams of employees and sub-contractors, running materials around, liaising directly with the clients (the property owners). The successful individual must be a great communicator and motivator whilst being very organised. It is hands on in many ways- getting involved in problem solving on site, understanding all facets of the refurbishment process, meeting clients regularly
The company are extremely customer focused , so the PM's must be excellent communicators and capable of developing a rapport with the client base.
