A customer facing role with UK wide travel and some offshore, you will be supporting the installed customer base through delivering system upgrades, modifications and technical consultation.
Duties will include:
*Assist customers in optimising their control & instrumentation systems
*Develop and deliver enhanced services which support installed base
*Provide technical support for service team
*Carry out customer site work including upgrades, modifications and enhanced service projects
You will take complete responsibility for managing and delivering solutions to the customer from initial specification, quotation, engineering, commissioning and site support. In order to be considered for this unique role, it is essential you possess:
*HNC/HND Engineering or suitable equivalent
*Background of industrial control & automation
*Extensive knowledge of a DCS system i.e. Delta-V, TDC3000, Centrum CS, PCS7, ProcessLogix
*Experience in developing project documentation and processes i.e. URS, DDS, FDS etc
*Network and OS experience with Windows 7 or XP/2003 or 2008 server
*Previous site experience

*Experience of SIS
