A pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation currently require a Local Data Administrator to join their team
The successful Local Data Administrator will be responsible for the administration of user accounts & customer data e.g. resource and scheduling data for Remedy ticketing and work force management tools.
You will collate and analyst customer systems data, create and maintain static data and cleanse and manipulate data using scripting techniques e.g. VBA & SQL. In addition to this, you will log service requests via Remedy for changes as needed.
Candidates are required to have expert support level knowledge of Remedy and other trouble ticketing systems. You will have solid VBA or SQL Scripting experience and an understanding of incident management.
You will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, good customer relation skills with the ability to deal with customer issues independently, coupled with a logical approach to problem solving.

Senior Pre-sales Consultant / Sales Engineer urgently required to provide effective Technical Pre Sales support and training to my clients Partner base and Partner Channel Account Managers for all Solutions and Technologies, ensuring that they purchase the correct solution/s – hosted services , training, consultancy, support services.
The successful Sales Engineer will work closely with all sales team members and focus on providing support to prospects. You will be responsible for the identification of customer requirements, provide demonstrations of the core suite of solutions, assist set up of customer evaluations, provide technical responses to ‘Invitation To Tenders’ and ‘Requests For Information’, provide effective link between Sales and Operations, maintain a highly effective product demo suite and associated scripts, maintain pre-sales technical documentation on the intranet, develop & deliver Sales Technical Support Training to Channel Partners and ensure that all notes and requirements documentation are completed and linked to partner/customer information within the internal system.
Essential skills - Technical A Levels or equivalent, Microsoft Certified Engineer in two or more competencies, Pre/post sales technical support, Microsoft Server Technologies, Dynamic Data Centre, SCOM and DPM, Microsoft Web Technologies (.NET, ASP, IIS), IP Voice Technologies (SIP), Scripting Technologies (Jscript), Database Technologies (Microsoft SQL Server), Linux operating systems, PRM and Sales Methodologies
Desirable - Technical Degree, Dedicated Server, Virtual Private Server, Email Services, .Shared Web Hosting.
Candidates must be flexible to travel nationally (with some occasional International travel) and willing to work flexible and sometimes unsociable hours.
