Project Manager - Digital
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
£40k - £50k (depending on experience)
Recruiting now for a Project Manager!
This role will be managing the full life cycle of multiple projects and provide leadership, direction and supervision to a number of Project Leaders running independent projects, to ensure projects are run in a controlled manner following departmental guidelines and methodology.
• Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery with proven project management ability, including scoping of projects with major budgets and complex scope
• Project management experience within proven methodologies such as PRINCE2 framework and Agile (RAD)
• Experience of managing & delivering large-scale complex global multi-channel CRM solutions, plus digital solutions including full life cycle Website builds
• Multi channel CRM (offline & online) / Marketing database solutions experience
• Retail sector experience
• Exposure to working within a fully integrated digital agency

Senior Data Analyst
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Package: Up to £35k pa (depending on experience)
A senior data focussed role, responsible for maintenance of CRM systems and scheduling of activities for Clients. Duties include database updates, extracts, reporting, support, issue resolution, change request testing, input into system development and attendance at client meetings. Strong organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet and multi-task to deal with many simultaneous requests are a must. Strong communication skills with both the client and internal parties are required.
It is essential that candidates have the following; Data Literate, Experience working in a CRM environment, Desirable – Experience in Alterian and SQL
