Reporting to the HR Director you will need to be able to –
•Provide, manage and analyse essential HR data for the Business and HR Management Teams.
•To establish Baselines on HR process outputs across priority areas of HRM practise
•To develop and monitor HR KPI Dashboard.
•To support a philosophy of continuous improvement in the HR Function.
•To enable HR teams to drive for improvements in the areas of process effectiveness and efficiency
You will need to be CIPD qualified or be studying towards the qualification with a good knowledge of HR and its procedures. Previous experience in an office environment is required as well as good I.T skills including Excel and Word.
Responsibilities also include –
•To enable the HR Community to measure their performance.
•To enable the HR Community to strike a balance between HR Added Value and administrative support.
•To help articulate and support a culture of Continuous Improvement
•To provide accurate information on which the HR community can make fact based decisions and ‘talk with data'.
•To monitor and identify trends for HR Process Owners
•To prepare and publish weekly & monthly KPI reports
•To establish a baseline of HR Process outputs across all priority areas of HR Mgmt Practise
•To gather and monitor accurate data in the following areas:
Headcount Data (actual and forecast) for Manpower planning
To track and prepare reports on progress with re-sourcing processes and the filling of open positions
Recruitment metrics
Compensation & Benefits Analysis
Employee Demographics
Performance Management Data
Employee Relations Data
Starter, Leaver and Transfer Data per Function/Business
Top 100 key people/LDR
