OVERVIEW
To provide a full administration support for all Executive team members
DUTIES
Full admin support for all Executive team members;
Support to Executive team members in relation to their time management and the management of their tasks;
Acceptance of delegated tasks from Executive team members whether as a complex project or a simple one off task;
Management of executive team diaries;
Organisation of meetings internally and externally, providing lunches/travel/hotel accommodation as necessary;
Attendance and minuting of Executive member meetings, other than formal Exec Board meetings - plus any other meetings where confidential or sensitive information has to be recorded;
Support with preparation of Executive Board reports, provision of minutes and preparation of papers;
Production of a variety of correspondence e.g. letters/organisation charts/PowerPoint slides to a highly professional standard for both internal and external use;
Share of reception cover if possible;
Provide admin support to Managing Director and Operations Director in the absence of their PA;
Maintenance of filing systems for documents relating to the Executive team members;
General assistance to other members of staff in relation to organising lunches/travel arrangements/hotel accommodation etc.

Automatic Door Engineer (servicing Automatic door systems and maintenance etc) Territory is Lincs to North Yorkshire
The purpose of the role is to provide site based service, maintenance and occasional repair of industrial and automatic doors.
MAIN DUTIES
Service and maintain all door systems and types with respect to 100% quality and accuracy of workmanship within specified targets and deadlines.
Work to achieve agreed set targets for growth of our existing Maintenance client base.
Ensure relevant Health and Safety legislation and ISO9002 requirements are adhered to at all times.
Attend emergency call outs as instructed by the office and seek to capitalize on opportunities for additional sales and maintenance contracts.
Assist, when required, in the repair and installation of products on site.
Assist, when required, in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, remedial and warranty issues.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.
Candidates will have completed the BS7036 ADSA safety exam and ideally hold a current CSCS card.
Must be willing to undertake training to achieve industry recognized standards.
Must also be able to work on own initiative and be open to continuous learning.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Leading a small team of electricians and electrical mates in addition to undertaking electrical tasks in line with customer requirements.
