Reporting to the Group Finance Manager you will have responsibility for improving and analysing the Purchase To Pay Process, looking at appraisals for development, legislation to ensure compliance, present information/reports, monitor and report on income and expenditure against budget, capital expenditure monitoring and forecasting and staff management and appraisal.
You will ideally need to be a qualified accountant with experience of using computerised systems/complex spreadsheets and staff supervision. It is greatly preferred if you have previous housing association experience. In addition, good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own and your team's workload to meet objectives.
