DescriptionRegister your CV We are currently working with a national Hard FM service provider to a large chain of retail stores across the UK.
They are currently recruiting for multiple qualified Refrigeration Engineers to carry out PPM & reactive refrigeration maintenance tasks safely and to an agreed standard within a defined area portfolio of stores across the London and Greater London areas.
You will provide first point response to all emergencies/issues during normal working hours and out of hours when you are on call. The role will be covering a region so successful candidates MUST be living within 30 minutes of the area to be considered for interview (due to the reactive time calls).

Job duties include:
To undertake all refrigeration reactive and planned maintenance tasks allocated
Be available when on call to ensure effective response & resolution
To sponsor and complete refrigeration surveys and technical reports as necessary and to cascade all key data to relevant personnel throughout field operations
Achievement of tasks within SLA times
Able to effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.

Required Qualifications:

C&G 2079
Must have a full driving licence
CSCS card
CO2 qualification (Desirable)

Experience:
Understanding of commercial refrigeration system technologies
Experience ideally gained in retail environment
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Appreciation of M&E systems and the ability to provide visual only inspection

DescriptionRegister your CV We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Blue Chip retailer with a substantial multi-site portfolio across the UK for a Regional Facilities Manager covering sites across the East & West Midlands and up to Preston.
Ideally, you will be based in the Midlands and have previous recent experience managing hard and soft services for a Retail portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior RFM and managing site technicians, your core duties will include:
Accountability for the operational management and delivery of facilities management services delivered within designated regional area ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the sites.
Undertaking regular visits to site to meet with managers and reviewing the building maintenance and services being provided in order to provide of a consistent strong link with store managers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any and all FM related concerns.
Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget to deliver a fully-functioning, legally compliant, high quality store environment.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing operations or facilities maintenance for multi-site building environment and a track record of delivering continuous process improvement.
You will hold a valid UK driving licence for this role as extensive travel will be required.
