(10430) Live In Couple required for busy family living in Kingston. This is a great opportunity for a couple who are looking for a relaxed informal household in which to work. The client will consider employing couples who can only commit for 1 year due to visa restrictions. The client is looking for a couple who are very happy around children (4 children aged 14, 13, 10 and 8) and who will become part of the family and be a "big brother and sister" to the children. Gardening experience essential. Duties to include: Manage and run the home and be able to work up-supervised using you own initiative. Maintaining a well established 1 acre of garden to a high level finish. Lawns, hedge pruning and general seasonal work and keeping the outside of the house neat and tidy year round. Looking after the outdoor swimming pool and pool house and maintaining the external security system and irrigation. General household maintenance both inside and out and overseeing and organising external contractors. Driving duties including school runs and the general ferrying of the children and also playing sports with the children especially in the summer months. Daily cleaning and tidying (other cleaners employed and cleaning will not be a main role), shopping for the household, meal planning and cooking for the children, helping with the school runs, overseeing homework, looking after the household accounts and helping with the ironing. This will be a 5 day working week, Monday to Friday with very rare weekends and babysitting. A fully furnished 1 bed flat provided attached to the main house. Al bills paid.
