The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the group quality management system. You will be responsible for ensuring all procedures and policies are reviewed and updated in accordance with customer, legal, certification and company standards. You will be an advisor to business on regulatory matters relating to food labeling, raising awareness of all matters related to legislation to key stakeholders. You will also work in conjunction with external bodies to ensure that all legal and government requirements are met on legislation. To be successful in this role you will be educated to degree level in a food science or related discipline with significant experience of working in a technical/operational role in food manufacturing. You will have experience of quality management systems including BRC and ISO along with experience of retailer standards. Within this role you will contribute to the quality and technical areas in the Production team to enable it to produce the highest quality milk products in a reliable and cost effective way. You will be expected to work to a high standard to achieve departmental targets, by ensuring full completion of daily targets. You will effectively run Filling lines by using production systems such as LMS and operate production equipment such as Box Machine, Palletiser, Stretch Wrap etc. You will assist with Trolley Packer stoppages, Product Change, Start of run etc. To be considered for this role you will be educated to NVQ level 1 or equivalent, with experience of working within a similar role and having an understanding and workable knowledge of machinery.

Completing all Coldstore functions including order picking, physical inventory, loading and house keeping duties. As a Despatch Operative you will ensure full completion of daily targets. Maintain strict Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards within the department. You will monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems and perform basic maintenance tasks and fault diagnosis. Operate End of Line Palletisers and schedule workload to ensure efficient pallet supply across the Dairy. You will be responsible to recharge or replace FLT battery ensuring availability for operation at all times. To be considered for this role you will be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English. Previous experience of working in a warehousing environment with knowledge of coldstore is beneficial, along with an FLT licence. You will be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely and organised manner.

Unload tets from vehicles returning to the Dairy and to manage segregation and removal of third party and damaged Tets. As a Tet return ioperative you will unload Tets from vehicles returned to the Dairy from customers and Tet storage, handle product returns in preparation for recycling and move and store Tets in preperation for production. Operate Tet denester / washer and in feed conveyor to EOL Trolley Packers. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of Tets in line with Production schedules and delivery of Tets to the Coldstore in line with Despatch schedu To be considered for this role you will be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English. Previous experience of working in a a similar environment is preferredl. You will be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely and organised manner.

To help support this, you'll need to develop a network of global advertising partners, develop global campaigns, and define and identify new products and market growth opportunities etc. You'll need to build a virtual team, with local marketers, inspiring, supporting and creating the direction for them. As you'll be globally responsible for the brand performance, including net revenue, volume growth, market shares and profit, you'll be working in an international set-up, therefore spending approximately 20-30% of your time travelling. To be successful in this role you must be a visionary leader, passionate about brand building. Relying on your extensive business acumen and your creativity, you'll have a proven track record in inventing new ways to address business challenges and improve brand performance. Typically, you'll have spent the last ten years or more building up your expertise within an international brand and marketing management role, within an FMCG environment. In addition to this, you must be familiar with outlining and executing global brand strategies. A charismatic and engaging leader, you'll need to lead stakeholders through change and be willing to go that extra mile to ensure your team and Lurpak® grow substantially.
