Job Role:

* Answering of incoming Sales telephone calls and distribution to colleagues
* Maintain filing systems- archiving of Sales Order Customer Files/Quotes
* Meeting room preparation for customer visits and sales meetings.
* Hotel and flight reservations
* External mobile phone bill reconciliation
* Sales order entry, Sending the order acknowledgment (when required), assisting the customer with any, queries, complaints and returns.
* Working with the Operations team to ensure consolidation of orders where required.
* Monitoring of customer orders and stock to enable despatch of order.
* Maintain regular communication with External Sales Engineer to share customer information
