Maintain records and prepare returns to HMRC relating to dispensations and PAYE settlement agreements.
Establish processes to ensure P11d returns are submitted accurately and on time, including calculation of Class 1a National Insurance Contributions.
Develop and maintain an internal audit function to give assurance on the internal controls operating in the business with particular reference to balance sheet reconciliations and HMRC compliance.
Submit returns to the National Statistics Office as required.
Utilise Excel to an Intermediate level (including charting, conditional formatting and data analysis techniques). Prepare and publish subject specific management reports using Word. Utilise Cognos reporting, input and administration modules.

Our client one of the automotive market leaders is now seeking a Service Manager to join the team. Applicants would be part of the Senior Management Team and be hands on in approach to develop the Service department. Responsible for maximising sales and profit opportunities through the delivery of the Service strategy.
There will be an expectation to exceed customer expectations at all times, to work with the manufacturing partner to ensure that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to Implement the Service strategy and develop appropriate business plans, in consultation with appropriate parties
Responsible for the Service performance within the dealership and for delivery of the business plan
Ensure the Service Department within the dealership operates in line with the manufacturers standards and processes
Update and improve product knowledge and competitor awareness in order to increase opportunity for sales
Maximise customer referral and retention as measured by referral rates, CSI and customer complaints
Ensure local and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, data protection, vehicle and consumer legislation, fire, health and safety etc, are adhered to
Identify best practice systems and processes and establish consistent implementation and application
Establish reporting mechanisms to accurately monitor drivers of Service KPIs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Applicants would be ultimately responsibility for all activities within the crash repair centre through the effective control of line managers and supervisory of staff, paying particular attention to profits in line with the business plan. The ability to employ first class people management skills in order to motivate employees to meet their own personal objectives, thereby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
MAIN TASKS:
Achieving profit objectives in line with the plan for your business and monitoring stocks and debtors.
