An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to lead the Civils team based in both Cardiff and Swansea. In total you will be managing 8 engineers and technicians between the two offices in the design of infrastructure, highways and drainage. Schemes will range from small-scale drainage designs to multi-million pound infrastructure projects for major building structures such as Finsall’s Reach in Bristol. You will be closely involved in all aspects of the project from inception through to completion and will be required to liase with clients and authorities in order to secure future schemes.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive knowledge of drainage and highway design, you will need technical expertise and a commercial flair; management experience is essential.
In return you will be working for a growing organisation on a variety of impressive and prestigious projects; you will have a high level of responsibility and will be rewarded accordingly. Salary will be in the range of £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience and you will receive a generous package including car allowance and 22 days annual leave with an extra 1 and a half days leave at Christmas.
