To carry out routine planned maintenance and reactive maintenance on Mechanical equipment and general Building Services. Responsible for carrying out mechanical based maintenance duties, trouble-shooting, repair work and minor new works on a wide range of equipment and commercial premises within the establishments as directed.
Potential candidates may be required to undergo security checks.
The Candidate
Hold a recognised mechanical qualification.
Previous, relevant experience as a tradesman and have worked in the maintenance sector with experience of PPM systems.
Holder of a full and valid clean driving licence.
Flexible in approach to current working methods.
Capable of working under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsive to emergency work situations.
Fault finding capabilities.
Swimming pool maintenance.
Working at heights (essential).
Confined space (essential).

Our client, an established regional Electrical Contractor, with an envious reputation of working on prestigious contracts, currently require an Electrical Estimator to work from their regional office near Bridgend, S Wales.
Candidates are required to have demonstrable experience with Electrical Estimating particularly within heavy industrial engineering environments i.e. steelworks, power stations, heavy manufacturing, etc.
Candidates should be also be time served within a relevant electrical discipline.
Due to current and future workloads this is an on going contract role.
