Job Purpose:
To ensure all vehicles arriving or leaving site have the relevant documentation issued or collected and all movements recorded. To restrict access and people movements to authorised personnel only. To ensure the site is patrolled and monitored as per the assignment instructions at all times and an accurate security log is maintained. All Health and Safety issues are reported and dealt with in the correct manner.
The main reasons for a security presence on this site are:
To protect the employees from injury and company property from loss caused by Fire, Theft, Flood and Accident
To Supervise, Control and Monitor all traffic both vehicle and pedestrian in and out of the site via the security base.
To ensure that regular checks are completed on relevant equipment and systems.
To assist and advise the management as necessary on matters of security.
To fully understand and follow at all times the instructions in the Fredericks Dairies assignment instruction manual.
Ensure all Drivers sign in at the Security unit, ensuring they give registration details, name of Company and type of load to Security.
Any outgoing trailers have the correct pass before leaving site.
To issue trailer keys to the relevant drivers, ensuring the correct procedure and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
All deliveries are correctly marshalled to the relevant areas.
To ensure that any vehicles left on site overnight are adequately secured and the relevant trailer documentation is correct and up to date.
To ensure both yard areas a clean, tidy at all times, and the Company, clean as you go Policy is fully adhered to.

The purpose of the role is to support the Internal Multi Channel team; the role holder will be required to become the liaison between, end users and internal and external development teams. The role holder will manage internally reported software issues, website issues, web hosting issues and is expected to triage all issues, implement where possible work around and feed directly into the development workflow with any changes required.
The role holder will also have the opportunity to participate in the design and development process, furthering their skills. The role requires knowledge and basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, XML, PHP, JavaScript, Dot Net, MySQL and MS SQL databases and JQuery to be able to detail where software / WebPages are.
The role holder is required to own all reported issues, managing them via the internal JIRA system, liaising with external support vendors, internal IT and the development team to ensure the issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Overall Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to test integrated systems End to End, testing transactional and non transactional websites, point of sales systems, internal bespoke software, system feeds and any other systems changed or impacted by change during development.
