Our client is a leader within the field of business process outsourcing and due to continued success and growth are currently looking to expand their Administration teams.

You will have some form of customer service or office based experience, as well as the ability to develop new skills quickly.

To effectively manage our customers expectations you will need strong administration skills, be computer literate, well organised, a clear communicator and have the ability to use your own initiative to meet challenging deadlines and targets.

The key outputs for this position are:

• To meet departmental targets for output and quality
• To identify potential issues and be pro-active in identifying solutions
• To work through reports highlighting discrepancies
• Enter into written and telephone correspondence with agents and other areas of our clients to resolve problems
• To maintain a high level of customer focus at all times
• To comply with relevant legislation such as the Data Protection Act and be vigilant against such things as Money Laundering
• To identify the correct payee of a claim, and make sure that the claim payment is made to this person
• To update systems and obtain the correct information from within the company
• To contact other areas of the business and third parties who fail to respond to earlier correspondence
• To make sure that all requirements are received that are needed to pay the claim/provide information
• To liaise with third parties (IFA’s, Solicitors, Banks, Insolvency Service etc.) to obtain information to enable the claim to proceed/information to be provided
• Make sure that all line of business systems are used and updated correctly
Benefits

The position offers a starting salary of £12,400 which increases with personal performance. A competitive benefits package including, performance bonus, pension scheme, life assurance and lunch allowance is also on offer.

A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C (or equivalent) including both Maths and English are essential or proven experience within an administration role along with a Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths & English. You will also have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy
