They are seeking to employ a Project Engineer – FTN / CCTV
Responsibilities:
•Manage the installation of telecoms equipment.
•Ensure technical interfaces are managed and issues arising.
•Monitor telecoms projects.
•Manage the interface between engineering disciplines.
•Monitor design and specialist consultants.
•Produce technical workscopes in sufficient details to a standard which could be used as the basis for commercial tendering purposes.

Requirements:
Essential
•HND qualified in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
•Experience in a telecoms railway project environment across multi-discipline environments.

•Knowledge of CDM, risk assessment.
Desirable
•Engineering Manager (Engineer) (6.8.105) IRSE licence is an advantage

A Health & Safety Officer is required by our Client, a community based housing group providing 5,000 affordable houses and associated services primarily throughout the Midlands. The position will be based in Evesham but they also operate from Worcester, Pershore and Bishop's Cleeve in Gloucestershire.
The successful applicant will be required to provide Health & Safety Support to both the Head Office Management function and also to Housing Officers, who are required to visit residents in their homes. There will also be some responsibility for the Facilities Management function.

As a proven Quantity Surveyor you will have a proven track record of working on Building Envelopes and Facades. The prime responsibilities of the role will include ensuring that appropriate records on Projects are maintained and communicating the commercial status accordingly. Costs are to be based on competitive quotations and control of expense should be meticulous.
