An experienced nursery manager required for a school in north London.
You will be required to provide a high standard of quality care and education.
Be aware of current legislation’s policies and practice in relation to early years e.g. Day Care Standards.
Plan and deliver activities following the Foundation Stage Curriculum and Framework.
Be responsible for all staff, students and volunteers.
Supervising and supporting all staffing their day to day duties, appraisal, training and development and individual supervision and induction
The ideal candidate must have 3 years relevent experience and must hold a current CRB.
This will be a 52 week contract with 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays. The holidays are taken at set times during the year. They are 1 week at Easter, 1 week at Christmas and 2 weeks during the summer holidays. The member of staff is then left with 4 days to take during the year, when they wish to do so.
The contract will be for 36 hours per week on rotating shift basis - one week earlies (8am-4.12pm), one week lates (10am top 6.12pm).
