Outstanding opportunity to join my client as an Administrator/Assistant to Senior PA The ideal candidate will be bright, have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and be keen to join a company at a fairly junior level and in time progress into a more challenging role. Initially you will take responsibility for invoices and expenses, keeping accurate records on Excel and recharging invoices to the correct companies and keeping payment records. This will require good concentration, numeracy, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ROLE. Aside from the above, you will be generally assisting in the office, supporting the Senior PA with overflow work, which could range from booking a car service, ordering the weekly office shop online to organising a complicated travel itinerary.....
