*Placing Nurses and Clinical staff within the Public and Private sectors, adhering to the current CSSIW/CQC's standards for Nursing Agencies *Interview prospective staff as required *Ensure all checks have been completed on prospective staff as required (CRB,ID, NMC) *Ensure that quality assurance is maintained and audited according to current legislation *To assist the Clinical Lead Nurse in the Health and Safety monitoring of all service users *Supervise performance of agency office staff and support as necessary *Enhance branch revenue and profitability
The successful candidate:
