We are now seeking for an Operations Executive Assistant to join a highly forward thinking and dynamic helpdesk team based in Kings Hill. As part of the helpdesk team you will be dealing with all inbound queries, issues and complaints from customers/clients. There are two shifts, either 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm this will be on a rota basis. We are looking for candidates that have a very strong Customer Service background. You will be 100% customer focused taking full ownership of each call and also ensuring all information is document timely and accurately. Our client is looking to recruit a Research and Communications Executive to be responsible for the creation and maintenance of compelling Cases for Support, programme research, being the project funding lead for the Major Donor team, generic grant applications, capital and programme reports to donors and prospect research. Your key responsibilities will be to create and maintain for each key programme a detailed Case for Support document and resource document that can be utilised for Major Donor fundraising applications, reporting and communications. You will be carrying out desk-based research of programme and partner activities and create and maintain for each key programme a Major Donor web page. Project funding will form part of your role and you will be required to manage the liaison and influencing of the donor team to match project funding requirements with opportunities available for fund raising in the UK. Managing relationships within the UK and Internationally are key - to ensure existing project communication is excellent and the required information for donor reports is in place. You will research proactively to identify new prospects and provide detailed and comprehensive research on them so that the Major Donor team has the best possible chance of establishing new donor relationships. You will also provide detailed research on the work of partner organisations as requested by the Major Donor team. You will be confident in utilising the data gathered through applications to prepare generic application documents that can be tailored by Relationship Managers for use with their portfolios. We are seeking a proactive candidate to ensure that the tooling is maintained at a good standard of repair and ready for scheduled work. You will need to have experience of key tasks including the manufacturing of new tooling and repairing and the servicing of tools, fixtures and jigs. You will also need to have experience of undertaking preventative maintenance on tooling and press tool equipment, as well as all aspects of machining and bench fitting, such as grinding, turning, milling, spark erosion etc. You will also be expected to utilise precision and optical measuring equipment to maintain tooling and press tool equipment. This position is a three-months fixed term contract, so we are seeking candidates who are available immediately to start as soon as possible. This is a full time position (37.5 hrs/wk) with the potential for overtime.
