Our client is an international manufacturer. They wish to recruit a Quality Engineer with a good knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures (preferably with Press or Assembly Tooling experience in an Automotive environment).

- Take an active, SHE and commercial focus in leading and supporting the EC&I outage planning and preparation. This is with both other TPS Departments and Outage Contract Managers and Alliance Partners. Ensure a balance between outage and running plant requirements is delivered.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness as required regarding any change or improvement management.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and perform preventive maintenance on specific plant electrical and instrumentation components.
-Prepare, negotiate, manage and evaluate assigned EC&I contracts, including maintenance of records and documentation
- Perform routine and emergency plant electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting and maintenance functions including LV/HV motors, Transformers, switchgear and generator controls and protection.
- Investigate and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment problems AC, DC, digital, analogue, DCS software, turbine controls, CEM system and PLC's.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis on equipment failures.
