Due to the rapid expansion of their client they are looking to recruit an experienced air conditioning engineer for the North West London area.
All successful candidates are required to have the following:
Have a strong background working on chillers and having worked for a Chiller manufacturer would be a huge advantage.
Experience working within a building maintenance environment
Hold a current F Gas City & Guilds certificate 2079 and
Qualified up to NVQ level 3 or Equivalent Qualification.
You will be required to work a 39 hour week (Monday to Thursday 08.30am-5.30pm & Friday 08.30am - 4.30pm)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the up and coming maintenance companies on a prestigious Central London contract.
The building is close to Moorgate station and is only a year old. It is one of the most high tech buildings in the area and houses some of the most state of the art technology within the building services industry.
The engineer will be looking after all landlord services within the building and the role will be working from 8.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday.
As the building is almost brand new and as it starts to become more occupied, there will be the chance to increase staff and build a maintenance team on site.
The main duties of the role will include:
General maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plant.
Operating Trend BS.
Completing paperwork such as log books etc.
Liaising with the on a weekly basis.
Attending meetings.
Dealing with external sub contractors.
Applicants for this role must be able to meet the following criteria:
Fully electrically or mechanically qualified to City and Guilds level.
16th or 17th Edition.
Previous building maintenance experience within a commercial office environment.
Knowledge of BMS and HVAC.
Knowledge for water treatment.
Must be smart and presentable and have excellent work ethic.
Previous experience of supervising own building would be beneficial.
