The company have a group turnover in excess of £500m per annum and are looking to double this over the next three years. The group has four different business streams, covering civil engineering, new build, refurbishments and fit out.
This particular vacancy is to work on a prestigious live project. It's a £22m design and build refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in the West End. It will include the creation of 5 retail units and 16 high end residential units. The scheme is due for completion June 2013 so there is over 14 months of work there including final accounts.
The position is for an intermediate QS to work alongside a managing QS and will be taking on a range of packages.
