A leading & expanding highstreet fashion retailer with a retail portfolio of over 300 stores nationwide is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager. This business has been selling clothing for more than 50 years, and has an exciting online presence. Their commitment to offering customers a contemporary shopping environment with quality, fashion focused products is reflected in their recently re-branded and re-modelled stores.
Our client is looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress. Applicants must have retail management experience within the fashion sector. Assistant Manager experience is preferred, but experienced Team leaders/ Supervisors will be considered. You will be working within a fast paced fashion store, and therefore experience within a similar environment would be an advantage.
As the Assistant Manager your responsibilities will include; assisting with the day to day running of the store, maintaining high levels of customer service, driving KPI’s, merchandising, training and developing staff, recruitment and all other related store duties.
A very good basic salary on offer plus many company benefits, which include staff discount, uniform allowance, company incentives & a generous bonus scheme.
