Reporting into the Trading Manager and working within a team of 6 allocators and 3 stock controllers’ key responsibilities will include;
• Ensuring that the right stock is allocated to the right stores in the right quantity to drive sales
• Processing, facilitating and monitoring inter-branch transfers
• Being accountable for the initial stock allocation and effective replenishment of stock to all branches based on sales performance.
• Setting up seasonal grade targets and communicating this effectively to the Buying and Merchandising team.

Experience Required;
A highly organised and motivated individual who has a strong allocations and retail background ideally within fashion. You need to be highly computer literate, proficient in the use of excel and have a sound understanding of stock control and stock management. You need to be an effective communicator who has an organised work style with the ability to prioritise workloads. Good numeracy skills are essential as the role requires analytical thinking.

Our client is looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress. Applicants must have retail management experience within the fashion sector. Assistant Manager experience is preferred, but experienced Team leaders/ Supervisors will be considered. You will be working within a fast paced fashion store, and therefore experience within a similar environment would be an advantage.

As the Assistant Manager your responsibilities will include; assisting with the day to day running of the store, maintaining high levels of customer service, driving KPI’s, merchandising, training and developing staff, recruitment and all other related store duties.

A very good basic salary on offer plus many company benefits, which include staff discount, uniform allowance, company incentives & a generous bonus scheme.

They offer a variety of fashion lead products including ladies, men’s and childrenswear.

Our client is looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to progress. Applicants must have retail management experience within the fashion sector. Store Manager experience is preferred, but experienced Assistant Managers will be considered.
