My client, located near Pangbourne in Berkshire is looking for a Full time Bar Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the bar and the part time staff including all administration, stock control, cellar management and service times. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie with 2-3 years all around kitchen experience but more important is a willingness to learn and an ability to work as a team player is vital.
It is essential that you are qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and you must have Level 2 Food Safety, Heath & Safety and a working knowledge of HACCP. NVQ3 craft/supervisory or similar is an advantage but not essential.

Shifts are all straight (Earlies 6.30am - 3pm & Lates 11.30am - 8pm) hours are 80 per fortnight working 10 out of 14 days, and will include working one weekend in three.
This is a live out position and benefits include 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays (the site is closed over Christmas) Uniform, Safety shoes meals on duty are provided.
Additionally available after completion of a probationary period are a 10% non-contributory pension scheme and use of leisure facilities.
