An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our up and coming client based in Kings Hill near West Malling.
The role is working as a Technical Administrator which involves the following tasks:
* Checking and responding to emails
* Judging complexity of customer enquiries
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
* Sending communication by email to departments and clients
* Answering customer queries via telephone and email
Successful candidates must be able to work using own initiative in a pressurised environment with strict deadlines. You must also be extremely organised to handle the high demands of this role.
Suitable applicants must not only have good administration skills but also have strong customer service skills and decision making skills.
The hours are Saturday & Sunday 9am - 9pm, 10am - 10pm or 11am - 11pm.

Working for a large national company based from their depot in Rochester. The role will involve travel around Kent and South East London during work hours and you will need a license to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle and trailer(C1 + E). Benefits included are 33 days paid holiday per year and a pension scheme from 6 months service onwards. With the overtime available the salary could easily reach £20000. The hours for this position are 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday.
