Job Requirements
Require balanced decision making on cost, quality and risk and will perform with other members of the cross-functional project team responsible for overall pump competitive success. Develop cost reduction for new generations of common rail pumps or components. They will be responsible for overall design content for the pump and or its components and will direct a drafting/design detailer for pump components and other relevant design items. The person will also be responsible for FEA analysis and other modelling either directly or through the utilization of other department or organization resources. The position will report to the MCIP Engineering Manager for CR Pumps.

As the MCIP Engineer you will hold an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with experience in Solidworks/Catia modelling. Must have been involved with a product that was taken successfully into volume production as well as be innovative and visionary in developing cost reduction options.
