To provide a data analyst function for the company and support the Customer Support Manager; collate information from internal and external systems to generate customer facing reports of high quality; challenging the data and information presented ensuring that the customer queries are answered in a timely and efficient manner. As the SQL Data Analyst / Business Information Analyst with SQL experience you will define and complete client data conversion projects and ensure the smooth conversion of client data to standard formats. This will include the analysis, manipulation and cleansing of client data to produce clear and defined transformed data.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities combine internal data and analysis with external data to produce actionable business insights develop reports and maintain a tool set to facilitate reporting and forecasting generate reports using IT / database systems and assist in their analysis experience of working with statistics and data to generate reports for internal use and delivery to internal and external customers enthusiastic flair for developing and using analysis tools expert with Excel, with the ability to manage large volumes of raw data and being able to present in easy to read format using data modeling and graphical presentation MS SQL good team player with a flexible can-do approach strong customer focus ability to analyse and think logically written and verbal communication ability to work to deadlines very high numerical ability
Education and Experience educated to degree level excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, primarily excel Excellent working knowledge of SQL excellent working knowledge of Excel experience of working within a team environment and sharing of knowledge across organisations demonstrable experience of compiling and analysing detailed reports and presentation skills knowledge and experience of customer service practices related experience and training
