We are currently recruiting for a Specialist Project Manager to be based the City of London area, focusing on one of our major Rail projects.
The Group is engaged by many of the leading consultants and contractors operating throughout the South of England, not only on rail projects but also on highly prestigious commercial developments.
Through our offices in London the Company is helping to engineer fast-track building solutions on a number of underground railway projects currently underway in London along with a significant pipeline of future Capital Projects.
The ideal candidate will come from a background of curtain walling, structural steel, cladding or architectural metalwork, and preferably (Though not essential) have experience in rail work. A certain amount of work will be required to be carried out during Engineering Hours (night time) and the candidate must be prepared to undertake such duties.
We are offering a salary of between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum plus Travel expenses for the right person.
The successful candidate will be entitled to membership of the company pension scheme after 6 months service, immediate membership of the Life Assurance scheme, and subject to company performance related bonuses at the discretion of the directors.

We are recruiting for a Team (Up to 4 Vacancies) of Draughtsmen/Detailers who could be based either in the City of London area or within 1 hour distance of Central London within a new Satellite office and focusing on one of two recently awarded Major Rail projects.
Through their main offices in London the Company is engaged by many of the leading Consultants and Contractors operating throughout the South of England, on Rail and highly prestigious Commercial Developments, helping to engineer fast-track building solutions.
The ideal candidates will come from a background of curtain walling, structural steel, cladding or architectural metalwork, and preferably (Though not essential) have experience in rail work, being able to demonstrate knowledge of detailing balconies, balustrades, handrails, steel cladding, lift shafts and small structural pieces ie railway walk bridges.
The Company currently details using Autocad and X-Steel, however an intial training period of 1 month would be offered which would include X-Steel training if required.
Salary: £30-40k depending on experience
Package: Company pension scheme (3% employer contribution), Life Assurance (4 times annual salary), twice yearly company performance related bonus (July/Dec), 29 days holiday inc statutory days.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Account Manager
Experience of working with in-house call centres.
Capable of working independently and running projects during times of holidays, illness etc
Effectively assist in the recruitment, leadership and management of delivery teams, including supplier chain.
Customer relationship management ensuring KPI obligations are met.
Health & Safety management, ensuring that all projects have/comply with a detailed Health & Safety plan.
Attend Client meetings and contract programme meetings.
Be aware of the financial status of the project.
Accountable for the quality of service delivery in line with the SLA.
Help to ensure that targets for revenue within the designated account are achieved.
Assist with the development of innovation and best practice standards across projects
