THE ROLE
Working as a Mobile Engineer as part of a 60 strong service team, you will be responsible for conducting service, maintenance and breakdown works to a variety of HVAC equipment.
Your role will involve working on retail sites and typical equipment that you will come across with include splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, Reznor warm air heaters and domestic boilers in commercial premises. Any electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the contracts you will be working on, the opportunity of overtime will not be available. You will be expected to be on call however it is unlikely that you will ever be called out.
THE CANDIDATE
In order to be successful in your application, you must possess the following:
• 2078/2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants/F-Gas
• Commercial ACS certifications allowing you to maintain Domestic boilers within commercial premises
• 17th edition or 2391 Test and Inspect would be advantageous
• A proven track record of providing service, maintenance and breakdown works to a variety of HVAC equipment

This is not a multi- level marketing position. It can, however, fit with any suitable candidate’s lifestyle and therefore you will have the ability to work the hours to suit you. In order to meet our criteria you must have the following:
- Authorisation to work in the UK
- Reliable car and full driving licence
- Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
- Be available and willing to commit to the FCP induction programme (usually 1 week after interview/selection)
- Access to a computer, printer and telephone, preferably with broadband connection
- Whilst business-to-business sales experience would be an advantage it is not a pre-requisite. The desire to succeed and the ability to overcome objections are, however, of paramount importance as is the ability to project a professional image.

Position: Shift Planner / Work Distribution Administrator
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: from £17,500 to £19,500 subject to experience
We are looking to recruit for a well known Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Company. Specialising in the Service, Maintenance and Installations within the Leisure, Commercial and Retail Industries. With its dedicated in-house team of engineers situated around the country, the company offers national coverage and rapid response times.
We are looking for experienced planners to co-ordinate and manage the deployment of mobile engineers to install and repair refrigeration equipment.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers and engineers to allocate jobs and recording this on the bespoke call logging system;
Requirements
• Excellent IT Skills
• Inbound call centre experience
• Experience within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry
• Experience in Engineer Deployment would be an advantage
• Able to work on a rotating shift pattern
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
.
This role will be on a rotating shift basis. 4 days on then 4 days off. Working from early shifts to late shifts. Please note that you may be required to work on bank holidays if your shift falls on a holiday.
