The Company
My client is Europe's largest IT reseller. I am looking for an accomplished account handler/sales administrator to join a dynamic team. The rewards are immense in monetary and promotion terms.
The Role
Working in the Financial and Professional Services Client Arena you will be dealing with Blue Chip Clients both face to face and over the phone. You will have total autonomy dealing with client requirements from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Managing customer liaison to transact basic solution sales to maximise profit
Ensuring quotations are processed within customer specific SLA`s
Handling product specification enquiries within a timely fashion
Issuing product data sheets/information as required
Ensuring On-Track customer price lists are maintained
Maintaining account documents on a regular basis, ensuring a copy is provided to Support Supervisor
Pro-actively calling customers to follow up and close orders
Ensuring product and service orders are placed within customer specific SLA`s
Issuing outstanding orders reports to customer as required to the customer
Setting up Overnight Dispatch reports as required
Ensuring returns are logged and managed through the AS400 system in accordance to SLA`s
Ensuring invoice queries are resolved promptly and the Query log is managed
Working closely with Credit Controller and Support Supervisor to monitor debt collection
Ensuring credit notes are processed promptly as required
Producing customer specific reports as required
Closing standard transactions and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
Identifying customer queries and resolving to enhance customer satisfaction and relationships
Accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
