•Instigate an SPC system working alongside manufacturing and technical, identifying predictive failure trend analysis and a cross functional leaner approach to everyday activities
•Manage non conformance through to resolution of issues arising from the Sample testing, inspecting, measuring and monitoring of products as pre-defined within the Quality / Technical frequency plan
•Improve and drive changes in conformance on new product introduction and change management (PSP) with an APQP mindset and project approach in ensuring control of product approval to the customer
