Role: Support Desk Administrator
Main Duties:
RMA & Asset Administration
• Manage the Global RMA process – this will include:
o Logging RMA’s with Suppliers
o Issuing purchase orders for repairs
o Chasing Suppliers for progress on open RMA’s
o Updating the database on status updates for RMA’s and assets
o Managing the database for critical spares held in region (globally)
Purchasing Order processing:
• Processing of Purchase orders
• Chasing deliveries
• GRN process for supplied goods or services
• Purchasing order invoice processing
Logistics:
• Arranging Deliveries & Collections (locally and globally)
• Assist in arranging hotels and flights for Engineers
Secondary Duties:
• Assisting the helpdesk in managing and updating service calls (as required)
• General administration as required
• Filing
Desirable skills:

Our client is looking for onsite AV technicians to work within a small team. They will need to have demonstrable, practical knowledge of plasma and data projector display technologies, Lutron, Crestron & AMX control systems, TCP/IP control networks, Extron switchers and interfaces and electro-acoustic installations including basic equipment. Knowledge of Gentner, BSS and other similar DSP-based auto mixing processors along with Polycom and Tandberg video conferencing equipment as a desirable addition.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
General comprehensive education or equivalent, Qualifications – Equivalent to 5 GSCEs grade C or above
A working knowledge of communications and audio visual systems.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
A good knowledge of audio, TV, video and networking engineering fundamentals as well as system engineering and fault finding experience will be required.
Knowledge of touch screen and web based control technology as well as experience in TV distribution systems and IP based video conferencing services as well as the delivery of intranet based multimedia.
This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people.

well organised
Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
