DescriptionRegister your CV Our client is a leader in Audio Visual systems Integration. The Video Communication Specialist role within the Information Systems Pre Sales team holds the following responsibilities.
• Provide Pre Sales assistance for Video Conferencing, Video Streaming and Digital Signage
• Perform technical demonstrations of products at the customer site or offices.
• Prioritization and self management of workload
• Provide end user training and documentation on supported products
• Act as a technical interface for the sales team
• Provide technical specifications, designs and pricing of systems for tender responses and new projects
• Act as an escalation point for the internal helpdesk
• Review and Evaluate new products and technologies
• Ensuring processes are followed for Pre Sales requests
• Interfacing with the Sales and other technical teams as required
• Maintaining internal demonstration equipment.
• Identifying new products and technologies that could be added to the portfolio.
• Installation and commissioning of supported products
• Attending client meetings
• Excellent customer facing skills • Understanding of networking and protocols

Qualifications\Skills

DescriptionRegister your CV Our client,is looking for an IP/Video Helpdesk Support Person, to work in their Support Services Division. You will be providing first line support to clients for all post sales IP and Video related technical calls. Your responsibilities will include telephone technical diagnosis and qualification of faults before call out, booking Engineering resource to cover maintenance call outs and preventative maintenance visits, managing equipment out for repair, chasing suppliers and booking couriers. You will produce quotations, raise supplier purchase orders and receive goods in and update necessary systems.
You should be able to demonstrate the capacity to work under pressure, take decisions as appropriate, and demonstrate an ability to interface with clients at a senior level. You should have excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills, pay particular attention to detail and have outstanding administration and organisation skills.

DescriptionRegister your CV Our client has earned a reputation as a leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated audiovisual systems. If you enjoy working in a fast moving environment with rapidly changing technology, then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience of designing complex AV systems schematics and producing clear accurate drawings using Auto CAD. An in depth knowledge of current audio visual equipment and the associated IT elements are essential, including AMX, Crestron, Extron, audio DSP, Video conferencing, Video streaming and digital Signage etc.
A thorough understanding of the technology behind the equipment and its interfaces is required.
You should be capable of creating a system from scratch using a written design brief listing its functions, or from more detailed information from AV consultants.
Coordination between all internal departments and external Clients/ Consultants will be an essential part of the job.
The ability to produce M&E, bespoke metal work, room layout drawings etc would be beneficial.
Previous hands on “Real world” installation experience would be beneficial.
CTS or CTS-D qualifications would be beneficial, but not as important as a proven track record in the AV industry.
A good sense of humor, and the ability to work under pressure, as part of the team is essential!

You will need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and possess all round IT skills.
