Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the proactive management of all contracts for funding including those with the Skills Funding Agency. Duties include:

Resourcer

The role will involve:

Liaising with the Delivery Managers to understand the client needs, deliverables and associated resource plan
Sourcing candidates through internal database and Internet searches, advertising on job boards
Registering and assessing candidates
CV screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates for telephone interviewing
Telephone interviewing, selecting and shortlisting candidates for client face-to-face interviews
Preparing candidates for the interview process in terms of role information and interview logistics
Getting and providing feedback to all applicants
Ensuring adequate and appropriate candidate feedback is provided for each rejected candidate at each stage of the selection process
Create candidate pools
Appropriately prioritising vacancies and work load

HR Generalist

The role will involve:

Maintenance of HR systems, reporting and metrics ensuring accuracy of data including responsibility for data audits.
Working in partnership with the Central HR Function and contribute to the growth strategy and resourcing requirements.
Delivering a customer focussed HR service to managers and employees.
Providing proactive query resolution for all HR administration and process queries.
Provide local management teams with advice and guidance on all matters regarding to employment legislation.

It is preferred that you have at least 12 months experience in the recruitment industry working in the IT sector.
