We are currently taking applications for our Executive Search Graduate Program based in Leeds. The graduate program entails working closely under the supervision of a senior consultant and manager who will provide the training, development and support to build the foundations for a successful career in executive search. As a consultant you will be responsible for providing a full circle recruitment solution from generating new business through to managing the process of identification and placement of experienced professionals within your specific sector.
The graduate program enables successful individuals to fast track in to management positions within a 12 month period alongside fantastic earning potential.
To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
*Located in Leeds *Degree Educated with a 1st or 2:1 *Ambitious, committed, tenacious individual who is driven and self motivated *Willing to be flexible in working hours (initially these can be long hours) *Confident of working in a fast paced, high pressure, target driven environment that involves cold calling & cold communications *Ability to hold concise, articulated conversations with experienced professionals *Capable of working in a team environment offering constructive input
In return you will receive a basic salary in the region of £15,000 - £20,000 with 1st year OTE of £27,000 to £30,000.

My client is a major manufacturer and retailer, with interests throughout the world in more than 100 countries. A large proportion of this £8billion turnover organisation's activities are throughout its many sites in Russia. The constant growth of this company has led to the creation of a new audit role based at its UK head office in London
Key responsibilities in this role will be: *To deliver high quality financial and operational audit reviews across Europe *To take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, executing and reporting on assignments. *To support local management teams to meet their Sarbanes-Oxley requirements by providing and managing the IAD involvement.
Appropriate candidates for this role will preferably currently be working within the "Big 4" and have 3-5 years audit experience.
