Our client, a major international bank with a contact centre over on the Isle of Man is currently recruiting for a team of international personal bankers to work in their busy centre. You will provide the initial point of contact for global clients through telephone and email in a multi-currency environment. You will undertake customer service activities and manage the end to end processes where possible. You will deliver against performance and service targets and assist in generating client and revenue growth.
You will undertake a variety of customer service activities using telephone, fax, letter and email to ensure customers details are up to date and to then match specialist products to the customers' needs, handing over leads to the specialist mortgage and investment teams.
You will have a proven track record of achieving set targets including delivering an excellent level of customer service to customers from differing cultures via remote delivery channels. You will be a strong negotiator with influencing skills to ensure the best service is offered to customers.

The Senior Strategy Analyst will have the responsibility of managing a number of pieces of work looking at the medium term to long term strategy of the infrastructure area.
This role will have two key strategy elements to it:
1. Delivering feasibility studies and providing direction to the banking strategy team on overall banking strategy initiatives
2. Conceiving, shaping and investigating infrastructure specific strategy initiatives
This will require a close working relationship with the banking commercial and strategy teams to understand what Banking's medium and long term aims are, what the business drivers are, and understanding the underlying business case. The role requires a high degree of business awareness and acumen, the ability to understand market conditions, the wider industry drivers and the context that these give to the banking area.
This will require an excellent influencer who will be able to manage delivery areas, especially Retail IT, to give detailed and targeted input on the feasibility of these initiatives, feed into any business cases and suggest a carefully considered road map that will achieve the business' aims in as efficient manner as possible given any delivery constraints.
Through their knowledge of the banking area they will also be required to own the shaping and the business case work behind infrastructure strategies. This could be introduction of small quick changes through to major re-architecting, supplier changes or industry changes that fundamentally change the way banking work.
This role will also be responsible for collating a holistic cross functional view of all future initiatives and inputting them into the Retail planning rounds.
