My client, a large acute NHS trust based in Essex is after an Estates Manager with extensive water systems experience. You will lead the provision of water systems planned and reactive maintenance service across the Trust as well as carry out the duties of the Deputy Responsible Person (Legionella) as defined in HSC ACoP L8 and HTM 04-01 and other relevant guidance that may be published.

My client, a large acute NHS trust is after an M&E Design Project Manager to assist on several new projects coming up. The Estates Planning & Construction (EP&C) Team within this Acute Hospital Trust is responsible for the implementation of the Trust's Building and Engineering capital programme.
