These standards for outstanding service continue to serve as a cornerstone to our success. What we do Provide high quality IT and Business contractors to meet client demands. Our customers are principally focussed in the finance and software services markets. How we do it We network throughout the market place finding the right person for the role. We are often chosen as the agency able to reach �the hard-to-find� candidate. We are not advertising or volume driven, but compliment larger agencies by �going the extra mile� to satisfy the needs of a manager who urgently requires the right person for their team. Our key strength � tenacity. Our focussed team leap to satisfy a requirement and work tirelessly until suitable candidates have been presented. Evidence of quality � We have never been removed from a supplier list. � The following sample of clients prefer to use Ifftner: Aegon (Scottish Equitable), Alliance and Leicester, Nationwide, CSC, Cap Gemini � Due to Ifftner�s credibility in the ICT resource space, some clients and contractors have been with the company since its start all those years ago� Ifftner�s heritage was very much focussed on Unisys technology and in particular the Linc market. Today we apply the same principles of finding specialist contractors as we did in this market. The hard to find contractors often relate to: � Specific Analytical backgrounds Business and Migration Analysts) � Project Managers � Technical Architects, Integrators and Interface specialists � Developers / Analyst Programmers In addition we have access to a large local network of IT Specialists ranging including: Technical Support, Network Specialists, Systems Administrators and Operators. Commercials We believe in upfront and transparent pricing. Our contract margins typically vary between 8-12% depending on PSL status and volume of recruitment. Fixed-price, Team Solutions and special projects by negotiation. We charge 15% on basic salary for Permanent Placements. Summary Recruitment is far too important for it to be reduced to a commission-led agency exercise. And yet it so often is.
