On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking for a Team Administrator. This role is for 6 months working 37 hours per week.
The Team Administrator will provide a broad range of administrative, secretarial and data management support to the department. The successful candidate will have previous experience of preparing contract agreements.
Key Accountabilities:
Creating and updating various Project databases
Administration support to team members
Filing / Scanning / Post / Stationary
Organising travel and administrating travel arrangements
Conference room scheduling
Purchase Order processing
Assist with preparing financial data
Personal Specification
Experience of preparation of contract agreements.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
IT Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
Genuine willingness to learn new skills
Good organisational and analytical ability including competence with general IT tools (ie MS Office)

Our client based in St Albans is looking to recruit a Nursery Nurse to join their expanding nursery.
You will ideally have
? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years and Childcare Qualification
? Post-qualifying experience in a day care setting
? Detailed knowledge & experience of Early Years Framework
? Knowledge of the Children?s Act and Child Protection Act
? Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
? Able to communicate effectively at all levels
? Previous experience of managing a team/individuals
? To be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
ROLE INFORMATION:
? To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the nursery
? To give support to other team members in the nursery
? To implement the daily routine in the base room
? To work under the direction of the Nursery Manager and follow the guidelines laid down by Ofsted

- Are you able to work 37.5 hours between Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm?
- Would you pass a credit check?
- Do you have previous experience of audit compliance, risk or similar?
On a daily basis you will be involved in process of changes and releases following agreed processes and procedures.
Change administration, procedural updates as required and implementation planning, KPI and weekly metric reporting.
Working in a service delivery environment is desirable. ITIL qualification would be ideal along with previous experience within an FSA industry.
Fluent in the spanish language would be an asset but not essential.
