ROLE INFORMATION:
- Ensure proposals are made correctly, competitively and on time.
- Ensure that the proposals are prepared in accordance with the requirements of customers specifications
- Where possible keep abreast of competitors activities, pricing levels and product development.
- Liaise with other Engineering resources to ensure technical information and documents are formulated
- Liaise with Production and Quality Assurance Departments for supporting documents for proposals.
- Consult with Shop Floor Management to ensure that items to be quoted can be produced profitably.
- Maintain pricing and costing records.
- Maintain quotation records.
- Liaise with Sales Manager and follow up quotations with potential customers to promote sales
- Consult with sub suppliers to ensure competitive sub contact prices are used
- Ensure Quality Assurance Procedures are being worked to.
- Liaise with Shop Floor Management, Purchasing Department and Engineering Planning to ensure that quoted deliveries are achievable
- Ensure that proposals and based upon commercial terms acceptable to the Company.
- Liaise with Contracts Department to ensure that orders received are entered into the business system and formally issued
- Attend Bid Clarification meetings both on-site and at customer's offices as and when required.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT/PART QUALIFIED
LOCATION: GOOLE
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £18,000 - £28,000 + BENEFITS

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
To be successful you will need to have experience in producing monthly management accounts together with all round accounts experience. Ideally you are studying towards a professional accountancy qualification with strong Excel and communications skills.
ROLE INFORMATION:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will include;
* Producing monthly management accounts
* Balance sheet review
* Variance analysis
* P&L accounts
* Assist with year end accounting etc

QUALITY AUDITOR
LOCATION: ROTHERHAM, SHEFFIELD, BARNSLEY, DONCASTER
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Up to £35,000 - 3 months interim with a possibility of becoming permanent
COMPANY INFORMATION:
Market leader in PFI design build & social housing new build & refurbishment.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A related degree or equivalent
- Experience of construction
- Previous experience as a Quality Auditor
- Working familiarity with ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and COSHH
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Working on multiple site projects
- Regeneration schemes - new build/refurbishment
- Experience of communicating with internal and external customers on quality issues.
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Will be responsible for managing quality of manufactured products.
- Working commercially and identifying risks in plans and proposals
- Compiling audits for both internal and external customers
- Complying with Quality standards and Health & Safety Legislation
