• To be creative and innovative seeking out new product opportunities.
• Understand basic operational processes and product portfolio for all suppliers world-wide.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and the supplier base to ensure a strong working relationship.
• Support the technical team, to launch new products as agreed with customer.
• Agree product quality standards with supplier base on all new products prior at approval.
• Attend factory trials and / or first product runs with/without the customer to ensure products are manufactured to the required standard.
• Manage internal and customer quality panels as required.
• Collate specification information for all products and suppliers.
• Ensure all products are launched on time.
• Complete other duties as and when required ensuring the company meets its objectives.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Minimum 5 years chef experience.
• Excellent food knowledge and presentation skills.
• Working factory NPD / Technical experience of recipe and process development.

SUMMARY:
This role is working for a very successful Manufacturing client of ours. Working with blue chip names and operating in a in a niche sector, they have a turnover of c£100m. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to manage and run the accounts for the site. Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for preparing the site monthly management accounts, KPI analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial accounts. To be considered for the role you should be a formally qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have experience of working in a similar role within a large manufacturing environment. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Accountant to develop and broaden their skills whilst playing a vital role in a market leading, growing business.


The successful candidate will also possess the following:

· 5 years in relevant seniority
· ACA, ACCA or ACMA
· Experiencing of managing a team
· 2 years experience in manufacturing
· Advanced level Microsoft Office user
· 5 years experience in financial record keeping
· Detailed knowledge of taxation
· Good Pensions knowledge

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £30,000 - £45,000 plus generous bonus with car allowance / company car, company pension

SUMMARY: My client is currently recruiting a Territory Manager, to develop and manage their client base. Their client base is spread globally, and you shall be assigned your own territory which will be in Europe. This role will involve travelling outside of the UK.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Fluent in French & German to business standard.
- A strong sales background, with the experience to develop, manage and increase sales/margin within them.
- Working with import/export outside of Europe.
- Build relationships with current client base, but primarily to research and develop new business.
- The ability to develop sales and account management strategies for each customer
- Good account management experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience of working outside of Europe, and working away from home for parts of the year
- Good knowledge of markets and customers
- Presenting at trade exhibitions in the UK or overseas
- A FMCG or retail background
- Exceptional customer service skills

THE ROLE:

- My client, who is based in East Yorkshire are currently recruiting a Territory Manager, to develop and manage their client base. The client base is spread globally, and you shall be assigned your own territory which will be in Europe. You must have good sales and account management experience ideally within the manufacturing/ distribution/FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will also have understanding of export, and previous experience working internationally would be an advantage. Although this role is predominantly based in East Yorkshire, the position will involve extensive travel in Europe for approximately 20% of the year at various periods. You shall act as point of contact with their client’s for every aspect of your commercial relationship.

Other duties include implementing sales and account management strategies with customers aimed at maximising growth, profitability, customer service and retention.

Specific duties on the sales development side include responding to and following-up sales leads received or generated, with the aim of converting leads to customers and accumulating market and company data.
