My client is extending their already thriving Service Desk team and are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 cover.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment. This role has come available due to promotion of another member of the team to Tier 2. If you are looking for career progression this is the role for you.
The Service Desk Analyst will have the following understanding or technical knowledge ;
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Citrix
- Server 2003
You will be the 1st point of call and joining a team of 6 other experienced people. You will be mentored by a Tier 2 analyst and constantly exposed to new technologies and training.

Austin Fraser are working with a Norwich based software house who require a web developer with skills in Python, Django, Linux, Debian, PostgreSQL, PHP, AJAX, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript for a 6 month contract starting immediately.
The successful Django developer will need to have good working knowledge of Python, Django and additional skills in (X)HTML, PHP, and MySQL.
The Python Developer with Django skills will also need an understanding of modern web technologies/protocols, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript and Linux server administration.
Experience of Debian and PostgreSQL would be of benefit to the Python Django developer's application.

An excellent opportunity to work for a leading Microsoft Gold partner delivering Microsoft solutions to the highest level. In depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and BizTalk is required with a biased towards Dynamics CRM due to the amount of projects within this area.
Our client are looking for solution architect at the "Top of their Game" in delivering functional/technical specifications across the Microsoft stack. You will be a Lead Technical Architect owning solutions from pre-sales through to delivery, and must be experienced in delivering enterprise level implementations.
You will have a team of project managers and a development team to manage and need experience at this level. It would also be highly beneficial if you have come from a development background and are .Net/C# savvy and able to cut some code if required.
You must have excellent communication skills at stakeholder level and be willing to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe meeting clients, and have years of experience at this sort of level preferably for a Microsoft Gold Partner delivering enterprise level projects.
This role has potential to progress through to Director level so applicants must also be keen to help shape the strategy within the company and be highly ambitious.
