 INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Fast growing network/ communication business requires dynamic ambitious internal sales people. Progression into the field for the right candidates.

Team are on 90-160% of target earning over the £50k ote

Role due to internal move into the field.


a) Liaise with existing customers for their day to day requirements of Moves & Changes
b) Maintain and consistently achieve their targets set by the line manager
c) Handle any customer queries and provide customer support
d) Call all customers at least once every 6 weeks to maintain customer rapport.
e) Managing/checking own customers correspondence before forwarding to the administrator to be entered on to the callout system.
f) Ability to be able to work as part of a team.
g) Liaise with engineering control relating to jobs pending/outstanding jobs
h) Liaise with engineers as and when queries arise relating to Moves & Changes work.
i) Liaise with Logistics for requirements/queries on parts requested for jobs.
j) Liaise with contractors to ensure the smooth running of all jobs.
k) Liaise with accounts department on any customer invoice queries.
l) The TAM will also be responsible for retention of existing maintenance accounts.
m) Work along side Major account appointments when required.
