To work for an established organisation within their Marketing Department.

Our Client is a leader in the gaming industry.
ROLE:
To work within the gaming industry within their Marketing Department as an administrator providing support to the Marketing and Brand Manager
PERSON:
Ideally you will have experience of working within the gaming industry but if you don't, please still get in touch if you can tick the rest of the boxes.
You will have had marketing experience in a previous role as this will be very much a stand alone position.
You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing and Brand manager in developing and implementing selected marketing initiatives. You will be able to coordinate promotions, liaise with the operations team, suppliers and agencies.
You must be able to provide timely and effective administrative support and maintain the distribution of marketing materials and provide marketing support for local sites. You will be tasked with building relationships with the Area Managers and also manage and briefing creative and media agencies. You will also be required to maintain the website and monitor and report upon the results of local level and national marketing activity.
WHERE ARE YOU NOW?
You will be in a similar position at present within a Marketing department.
You must be able to prioritise workload and complete in a timely manner. Knowledge of the gaming industry would be desirable. You will be able to work to a high standard and you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
PACKAGE:

Main Responsibilities:
Marketing plan
•Implement the marketing plan to meet sales and customer objectives (Response by campaign, customer recruitment etc).
•Manage and appoint (with the Marketing Manager) all internal and external suppliers to meet the demands of the marketing plan and guarantee delivery.
•Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the overall customer marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Mailing campaign management
•Plan and project manage each campaign's mailing plan with the Marketing Campaign Co-ordinator (MCCO).

•Produce monthly marketing management reports and develop periodical sales reports/analysis.
•Produce competitor analysis on service, product and pricing policy.
•Help sales team achieve targets through customer analysis and understanding.
Sales promotions and telemarketing
•Set monthly sales promotion targets (with Marketing & Sales Mgrs).
•Analyse and develop the sales team telemarketing lists (with MCCO).
•Brief sales team on marketing campaigns.
Development and maintenance of customer database
•Manage improvement and accuracy of customer base.
•Propose and implement changes to data input/extraction
•processes
•Manage data throughout the organisation within data protection laws and to best practice.
•Project management of other marketing projects
•Propose, develop, cost and implement other marketing projects as required.
PERSON:
•1-2 year's experience in direct marketing / customer relationship marketing (preferably including professional qualifications).
•Experience from within the packaging industry desirable but not essential.
•Good analytical skills and attention to detail. The analytical skills are a really big part of this role.
•Product technical knowledge.
•The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadline schedules.
•People management
•A good team player and flexible approach to tasks is essential.
•The ability to travel to France when necessary for meetings.
•A good knowledge of the French language is preferred but not essential
