Billing Administrator Motherwell We are currently looking to recruit an Billing Administrator for our offices in Motherwell. You will be responsible for providing invoicing administration support for the operational teams in respect of on going contracts. You will be required to work 40 hours per week (Monday Friday 8am 5pm) The key responsibilities for the Billing Administrator will include: To undertake all processing of completed reactive and project works in terms of collating all the relevant documentation to allow accurate invoicing To undertake monitoring of on going project works in relation to costs. To complete client summaries where required to support applications for payment. To ensure that all invoices have a purchase order before finalising. If not, then to obtain such information from the operational teams as defined by the clients requirements. To input data in order to then produce all invoices/credit notes for onward despatch to the client, including consolidated invoices. To ensure that all cross journals where required are completed, raising new alternative jobs if necessary. Undertake investigative work on the levels of WIP, over six months old WIP and internal queries. Then process any amendments. To be the first point of contact to deal with all queries in relation to invoicing from both internal and external sources in relation to the contracts supported. To follow through on all invoicing queries passed to other areas for action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure that the client is kept up to date on all current situations and query response. To utilise the companies IT systems and Clients Web based systems where necessary, ensuring that these are maintained in an accurate and up to date manner. To undertake general office duties as directed.
